RETURNS POLICY
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase! We gladly accept returns for reimbursement within 30 days of receiving your order and exchanges up to 60 days, as long as the item is still in brand new, resalable condition. Between 30 and 60 days, refunds will only be issued as store credit. *Moderno Crates and personalized items are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We offer a flat $5 return fee for all returns except beds, raised feeders, crates and other over-sized items. .
